The cream contains Benzocaine, a mild anaesthetic that de-sensitises the tip of the penis, delaying a man’s climax and thus prolonging his erection for longer lasting lovemaking. As the cream is only contained in the tip, it only affects the person wearing the condom, with no loss of sensation for his partner.
